All Products Services and Solutions offered exceed the requirements of our clients specifications and national & internationally recognized codes and standards such as those of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) . Company has established effective Quality Management System to ensure that the very highest level of quality, service and performance are achieved throughout the operations.
Training & Competency
Rasco employs highly educated NACE-certified corrosion engineers and technicians all located in within the Greater Caspian Region. Our personnel have many years of experience in corrosion control, corrosion monitoring and cathodic protection, inspection both locally and internationally. Rasco operates a progressive program of mentoring and in-house & external training to ensure that all personnel meet their minimum competencies. Each individual’s training needs are monitored and agreed between the employee and his/her immediate line manager who also acts as a technical/professional mentor to those persons beneath them. On the Job training are conducted in all technical and safety aspects of Rasco operations.
HSE
This commitment is a fundamental component of the RASCO’s HSE Policy.
The HSE management system centers on identifying and managing all HSE hazards. The hazard identification and risk assessment process includes:
- The systematic identification of hazards
- Evaluation of associated risks with existing control measures in place
- Evaluation of residual risk acceptability (As low as reasonably practicable - ALARP )
- Identification of any additional risk control measures needed
- Evaluation of whether the risk control measures are sufficient to reduce the risk to ALARP
RASCO ensures that Risk Assessment is carried out and mitigation measures taken to prevent all risks associated with its activities.
